If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Dollartreee Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Filing a Complaint

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number or form you used, if you know it
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What happened, and what result you would like

What Happens Next

We confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we look into the matter. That may include contacting the provider. We reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply and ask us to review the matter again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
